New Pics of Me!!

Posted April 14th, 2010 by Cinnabun

Well the big apes finally left me out long enough to update my page here with a few pics.  Sorry it took me so long, but that cage door is pretty strong.  See my pics on the Pictures page here.  Enjoy!

New Computer

Posted July 14th, 2009 by Cinnabun

Oh wow you should see the beast of a computer they brought home the other day!  WOW that thing is awesome.  She got the new ASUS Empirio with an Intel core dual quad processor, 8GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive.  It’s got a nice wide 20″ monitor best for playing games run by the NVIDIA Geoforce GT220 graphics card with 1GB of processing power.  I am so jealous.  I want one so bad, I want one! I want one!!   Oh wait, I’m a rabbit.

Where do they go?

Posted July 13th, 2009 by Cinnabun

Another quiet day today here in the rabbit cage. The cats were asleep all day somewhere in the house, thankfully. The humans left early this morning like they always do and came back before it got dark outside. I wonder where they go all day? They go off in those big loud rolling machines and come back in them at night. I don’t think they’re running around in big fields all day eating grass, ’cause they’re all clean when they get home. They don’t look like the tree-climbing types and they’re not wet from swimming…..hmmmm. I wonder where they go?

Obsessive Compulsive Rabbit

Posted July 12th, 2009 by Cinnabun

Funny, I have this one obsessive compulsive thing that I like to do for some reason.  Whenever I’m out of the cage, I HAVE to run around the big guy’s feet.  I don’t know why, I just have to.  Good thing he stands still long enough for me to do it too.  I just hop right around his feet, even if he’s sitting down.  First I go one way about four or five laps, then I gotta go the other way a lap or two to unwind, cause I get kinda dizzy.  After that, I’m good for a little while.  Then I can go and tear up the paper for the cage.  It’s just one of those things.

Safe From the Cats

Posted July 3rd, 2009 by Cinnabun

I just realized that I don’t think the cats can get inside the cage here without any help.  That’s a good thing.  They don’t seem to be able to open the door and the fat one sure isn’t going to hop inside here from the top.  The other one, maybe.  Gotta watch out for that.  She’ll do it just for the hay too.  So it seems pretty safe in here.  Still every once in a while I like to mess with the humans at night and slam my foot down real loud.  I don’t know why, it’s just fun watching them get all busy and walking around takling about it. Confuses the heck out of them.  They have no idea.  hehehe

Explain to Me About Carrots

Posted July 2nd, 2009 by Cinnabun

And what’s with all the carrots, huh?  Seriously.  We rabbits eat other things you know.  Why is it every human thinks all we eat are carrots?  I don’t even like carrots.  I do like the green leafy stuff on top of the carrot though, but you never get that stuff in the cage.  You gotta be one of those lucky outdoor rabbits and find a nice garden to get that stuff.  That would be cool.  But the root, it just tastes like dirt to me.  Yuck.  Oops, gotta go, they’re back.

Rabbits and Cats

Posted July 1st, 2009 by Cinnabun

The small funny-colored cat keeps trying to eat the hay from my cage.  The fat cat tells me the other one just pukes it right up after she eats it too.  Serves her right for hissing and swatting at me the other day while I was out and about.  I think I’ll ‘accidentally’ drop some more hay outside tonight.  hehehe   Dumb cat.

The fat one though, she freaks me out.  Sometimes real late at night, she just sits in the hallway…staring.  And not the good kind of “Hey how you doin’?” kind of stare either.  It’s more of the “Mmmmm, lunch!” kind of stare.  Freaks me out.  So I start trying to send out the warning signals to anyone that can hear, you know slamming my foot down?  It rattles the whole cage, really loud too.  She don’t care, she just sits there staring…staring…staring.

The Fat Cat Stare

Then one of the big apes comes in and turns on the light, blinding me no less, meanwhile muttering something about go to sleep.  Yeah thanks, as if I could sleep NOW that you just burned my eyeballs out with the light.  Ugh, humans.

All Clean Again

Posted June 30th, 2009 by Cinnabun

They cleaned my cage out yesterday.  Why do they do this?  I was perfectly happy with everything the way it was and they messed it all up.  I mean I spent all day yesterday spreading poop pellets everywhere and ripping up all this soft paper with my teeth and then they took it all away. Now I’ve gotta start all over again.  As if I’ve got nothing else better to do, right?  They’re killing me.

Welcome to In The Rabbit Cage!

Posted June 6th, 2009 by Cinnabun

Hi there, and welcome to my new site.  I’ve finally managed to get this project off the ground.  How did I do it?  Well, for weeks and weeks I’ve been watching over the shoulders of the tall ones as they stare at their machines.  I got hold of their passwords finally and managed to make a few accounts of my own while they were gone during the day.  It wasn’t easy, mind you, and the cats are riddled with jealousy.  Even they don’t have websites!  Ha, I beat them to it.  Proof positive that a rabbit is faster.

Anyway, check back often.  The tall ones leave for long periods of time every day so I get to use their machines a lot.  I mean a LOT.  See you all tomorrow!
